We were approached by the client and asked if we could provide a Design and Build service, the idea was to construct a large open plan dinner. A large steel beam was needed to span the rear elevation, this was to be recessed with the ceiling. The outside was finished in traditional sand and cement render. The kitchen was designed and supplied by a local merchant in a high gloss with glass effect worktops. The landscaping was carried out using Raj Indian sand stone, laid on a wet bed and finished with sand and cement jointing.
